All digital book sales through books.arkofusa.polsia.app are final after download delivery. If you did not receive your download, contact us within 7 days for re-delivery at no charge.
Session fees for GOAT Academy™ and ARMON Academy™ services are non-refundable once a session has been delivered. Unused prepaid sessions may be credited toward future sessions at our discretion. Contact us within 48 hours of your session if you believe there was a service issue.
Double charges or technical delivery failures qualify for a full refund. We do not issue refunds for "changed mind" on delivered digital products or completed coaching sessions.
Submit refund requests within 7 days of purchase to arkofusa@gmail.com. We respond within 48 hours on business days.
Donations to Optimum 11 Inc™ are generally non-refundable as they are processed immediately as charitable contributions. For errors, contact us within 24 hours.
