1. Agreement

By accessing ARMONsta content or making purchases, you agree to these Terms. ARMONsta is a brand of ARKofUSA Inc., a Nevada C-Corporation.

2. Intellectual Property

All music, artwork, lyrics, and brand assets--including ARMONsta, GOD is the G.O.A.T, and Stay Motivated--are trademarks and copyrighted works of ARKofUSA Inc. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

3. Purchases

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refunds for digital products are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Third-Party Platforms

Streaming links direct to third-party services (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.). Their terms govern your use of those platforms.

5. Limitation of Liability

ARKofUSA Inc. is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the prior 30 days.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
